Coaching

At the Blues, we know the key to player development is great coaches.

East Fremantle Lacrosse Club is committed to ensuring we have the best junior and senior skills development programs and has mapped a player skills acquisition pathway that each of our coaches deliver with their age groups and teams.

EFLC is also committed to having a coaching development pathway, and it is a strategic objective to have 2 coaches (Head Coach – Assistant Coach) for each each team.

So even if you are brand new to lacrosse or coaching but would like to be involved, we have a place for you on our coaching team, join us a Trainee Coach.

Our coaches are supported by specialists coaches that can refine and fast track players on field, off field and development skills through small masterclasses.

Many of our coaches are of an elite level coach state and national teams.

Our club house and fields are located on the corner of Preston Point Road and Jerrat Drive in East Fremantle. Feel free to come around any time we are open to have a look around and talk to the staff!
